DECLARATION

amending Decree No. 335 / 2004 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Law on the Verification of Firearms, Ammo and Pyrotechnic Articles
The Ministry of Industry and Trade provides pursuant to § 24 (1) of Act No. 156 / 2000 Coll., on the Verification of Firearms, Ammo and Pyrotechnic Articles, and amending Act No. 288 / 1995 Coll., on Firearms and Ammo (Firearms Act), as amended by Act No. 13 / 1998 Coll., and Act No. 368 / 1992 Coll., on Administrative Charges, as amended, as amended, and Act No. 227 / 2003 Coll. and Act No. 148 / 2010 Coll.:
This Decree was notified in accordance with Directive 98 / 34 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 June 1998 laying down a procedure for the provision of information in the field of technical standards and regulations and rules and of rules on information society services, as amended by Directive 98 / 48 / EC.
Decree No. 335 / 2004 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Law on the Verification of Firearms, Ammo and Pyrotechnic Articles, is amended as follows:
1. In Article 3 (1), after the fourth sentence, the sentence "The weapon where high-performance steel shot rounds are used shall be so designed that the inclusion of the shotgun barrel shall not be more than 0,5 for 12 and 10 / 89 calibre, using steel shot with a diameter of more than 4 mm and 20 calibre using steel shot with a diameter of more than 3,25 mm '.
2. in the first sentence of Paragraph 8 (a), the words "verification, by the last two digits of the year," shall be replaced by the words "verification." The weapon which has been tested for steel pellets shall also bear the Authority's identification mark. ';
3. the table in Annex 1 (2) (2.6) (a) shall be as follows:

Where the purchase price of the ammunition exceeds the fixed remuneration of 10%, the purchase price shall be charged plus 10% of the handling fee. ';
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
