GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 21 December 2015
on the adjustment of compensation for loss of service income after the cessation of incapacity for service resulting from an accident or occupational disease and the adjustment of the cost of maintenance of survivors

The compensation for loss of service income after the cessation of incapacity for service resulting from an accident or occupational disease (hereinafter referred to as "compensation for loss of service income ') and the reimbursement of maintenance costs of survivors belonging to members or survivors under Act No. 361 / 2003 Coll., on the service relationship of members of the Security Corps, as amended, or under former legislation (1), shall be adjusted by increasing by 40 CZK the average service income applicable to the calculation of compensation for loss of service income and to the reimbursement of the maintenance costs of survivors, possibly increased by the former legislation (2).
If there is a right to compensation for loss of service income and to reimbursement of maintenance costs for survivors after 31 December 2015, the average service income applicable to the calculation of compensation shall not be increased in accordance with Article 1.
The adjustment of the compensation for loss of service income and the reimbursement of the maintenance costs of survivors referred to in Article 1 shall be made from 1 January 2016 and shall be made without the application of a national or survivors and at the request of a member only if the compensation for loss of service income was not due to an increase in disability pension under social security or pension insurance legislation.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
