GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 21 August 2002
amending Government Regulation No 396 / 2001 Coll., on the use of the resources of the State Housing Development Fund for the repair and modernisation of flats
The Government orders pursuant to § 9 of Act No. 211 / 2000 Coll., on the State Housing Development Fund and amending Act No. 171 / 1991 Coll., on the Jurisdiction of the Bodies of the Czech Republic on Transfers of State Property to Other Persons and on the National Property Fund of the Czech Republic, as amended, to implement § 3 (1) (a) of this Act:
Čl. I
1. In Article 3, the following paragraph 4 is added:
"(4) Where money fund funds are used to correct and modernise apartments affected by floods in 2002 and landslides due to excessive rainfall during this period (hereinafter referred to as" floods "), the provisions of paragraph 2 (b) shall not apply. ';
2. Paragraph 4 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) The interest rate on the loan granted by the Fund is 3% per year. In cases where credit funds are used to repair and modernise apartments affected by floods, the interest rate on the loan granted by the Fund shall be 1% per year. ';
Čl. II
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
