Pursuant to Article 123 (2) of the Labour Code, in agreement with the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and after consulting the Central Committee of the Federal Trade Union of Workers of the Czechoslovak Army, Decree No 5 of 21 September 1990 amending the Decree of the Federal Ministry of National Defence of 29 January 1986 No. 12080-FS / 5-1986 adjusting certain refunds under Decree No. 33 / 1984 Coll.
The proceeds are regulated by certain formalities for travel compensation for workers and technical economic workers of the state enterprise Military forests and goods, companies that direct production in the field.
The proceeds take effect on the day of publication in the Collection of Laws. It is published in the 1990 FMO Proceedings Board and can be consulted by the Federal Ministry of Defence.
