on the issue of Price Regulation No 1 / 2023 / CAU, on the regulation of the prices of health services provided, the setting of maximum prices for health services provided by dental practitioners paid for public health insurance and specific health performance
The Ministry of Health, pursuant to the provisions of Section 10 of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on prices, as amended, indicates that on 11 November 2022 Price Code No. 1 / 2023 / CAU was approved, on the regulation of the prices of health services provided, the setting of maximum prices of health services provided by dental practitioners covered by public health insurance and specific health performance. The price regulation takes effect on 1 January 2023 and is published in the Ministry of Health Bulletin, No. 13 of 18 November 2022.
