GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 13 December 2023
amending Government Regulation No 222 / 2010 Coll., on the catalogue of works in public services and administration, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to § 123 (6) (a) of Act No. 262 / 2006 Coll., Labour Code, as amended by Act No. 365 / 2011 Coll.:
Čl. I
The Annex to Government Regulation No 222 / 2010 Coll., on the Catalogue of Works in Public Services and Administration, as amended by Government Regulation No. 399 / 2017 Coll., Government Regulation No. 263 / 2018 Coll., Government Regulation No. 352 / 2019 Coll., Government Regulation No. 391 / 2021 Coll. and Government Regulation No. 441 / 2022 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In point A, in the table under "2.19.27 PHARMACEUTICAL ASISTENT 'in the column" Salary class', the number "10 'is replaced by" 11'.
2. In point A, in the table under "2.19.39 FARMACEUT 'in the column" Salary grade', the number "14 'is replaced by" 15'.
3. In point A, in the table in row "2.19.40 OF THE GROUPS ', in the column" Salary class', the number "11 'is replaced by" 12'.
4. in point A, in the table in row "2.19.41," in the column "Salary class" the number "11" is replaced by "12."
5. In point B of Part 2 of Part 2.19 of the occupation 2.19.27, including the title:
"2.19.27 PHARMACEUTICAL ASISTENT
9. grade
1. The implementation of professional activities linked in particular to the preparation and control of medicinal products prepared for medical prescription and in stock, with the exception of strongly and very potent medicinal products, assistance in the preparation of radiopharmaceuticals, cytostatics and aseptically prepared medicinal products, the supply of medicinal products not subject to prescription, the supply of medicinal products for demand, not involving a demand for blue stripe, the supply and sale of medical devices for medical prescription. Provision of consulting activities in the field of bulk pharmaceuticals, food supplements and medical devices.
Grade 10
1. Methodological control of the correct treatment of medicinal products and medical devices at hospital departments, which require the acquisition of specialised or specific competence.
2. Evaluation of the quality of health care required to be qualified.
11th grade
1. The implementation of specialised professional activities in the field of pharmaceutical assistant, such as aseptic preparation of pharmaceuticals, preparation of radiopharmaceuticals, preparation of all- in-one bags and cytostatics, control and analysis of pharmaceuticals using instrumental methods such as spectrophotometer, polarimeter, which require the acquisition of specialised or specific competence.
2. Establishing a key strategy and concept within the field of pharmaceutical assistant, methodological and conceptual activity within the field of pharmaceutical assistant, preparing the standards of specialised procedures in the field of pharmaceutical assistant, applying research and development results to clinical practice in your own workplace as well as in the field of pharmaceutical assistant, whose performance requires the acquisition of specialised competence.
3. Ensuring and carrying out lifelong training of health workers, including specialisation training in the field of relevant specialisation, the pursuit of which requires the acquisition of specialised competence. "
6. In point B of Part 2 of Part 2.19 of the occupation 2.19.39 of the 14th grade, point 1 shall read as follows:
"1. The performance of highly demanding pharmaceutical activities related to the provision of comprehensive medical care for hospital care facilities. Implementation of the system and control of rules related to the safe handling of medicinal products, safe and rational pharmacotherapy, carrying out consultation activities on the clinical pharmacy section with the application of the principles of drug policy and pharmacology. Pharmaceutical care provided in cooperation with other members of the multidisciplinary team. Introducing new knowledge of stable and compatible studies into drug preparation. Ensuring and implementing lifelong training of pharmacists, including specialisation training in the relevant field of specialisation. '
7. In point B of Part 2 of Part 2.19 of the occupation 2.19.39, the 15th grade, including the title, is added:
"15th grade
1. Scientific work or creative application of the results of scientific and research activities in highly specialised performance including specific consiliary activities and the creation of conditions for interdisciplinary forms of work and the development of the relevant field at national or transnational level, where necessary, to which the acquisition of specialised competence is necessary. ';
8. In point B of Part 2 of Part 2.19 of occupation 2.19.40 and occupation 2.19.41, including headings:
"2.19.40 BUSINESS
12th Grade
1. Preventive, Prosthetic, Diagnostic, Treatment and Dispensary Dental Care, performed under professional supervision.
Grade 13
1. Separate implementation of preventive, prosthetic, diagnostic, therapeutic and dispensary dental care.
Grade 14
1. Separate implementation of preventive, prosthetic, diagnostic, therapeutic and dispensary dental care, the exercise of which requires the acquisition of specialised competence or further vocational training in dental medicine, review and evaluation.
15.
1. Scientific work or creative application of the results of scientific and research activities in highly specialised medical performance including specific consiliary activities and the creation of conditions for interdisciplinary forms of work and the development of the relevant field at national or transnational level, as appropriate.
2.19.41.
12th Grade
1. Preventive, diagnostic, medical, rehabilitation, dispensary or palliative care carried out under professional supervision or professional supervision by a doctor with specialised competence.
2. Medical activities in the protection and promotion of public health carried out under the supervision or supervision of a doctor with specialised competence.
Grade 13
1. Preventive, diagnostic, medical, rehabilitation, dispensary or palliative care for which it is necessary to complete the baseline strain in an independent manner.
2. Medical activities in the protection and promotion of public health which require the completion of a basic strain to be performed independently.
Grade 14
1. Separate preventive, diagnostic, medical, rehabilitation, dispensary or palliative care, for which it is necessary to obtain specialised competence.
2. Self-performing medical activities in the protection and promotion of public health, the pursuit of which requires the acquisition of specialised competence.
3. Preparation of documentation for health risk assessment and management, health assessment and consequences.
4. Medical assessment and review activities.
15.
1. Research and development work or creative application of the results of scientific and research activities in highly specialised medical activities or in the protection and promotion of public health, including specific consiliary activities, and the creation of conditions for interdisciplinary forms of work and the development of the relevant field at national or transnational level, where appropriate, for the pursuit of which a specialised competence is necessary. ';

Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2024.
