The Constitutional Court decided under sp. zn. Pl. ÚS 39 / 10 on 8 December 2010 in plenary in the composition of František Duchoň, Vlasta Formánková, Vojen Güttler, Pavel Holländer, Vladimir Krórka, Dagmar Lastovecká, Jiří Mucha, Jan Musil, Jiří Nykodém, Pavel Rychetský, Miloslav Excellent, Eliška Wagner (Judge of the Rapporteur) and Michaela Židlická on the proposal of the Ministry of the Interior to abolish Article 1 (2) and Article 2 of the Ordinance of the City of Krupka 3 / 2009, reporting to the territory of the city of Krupka for more than 30 days and permanent residence in the territories of other cities of the city of the city of Krupka as a party to the proceedings and the Ombudsman.
as follows:
The general binding decree of the city of Krupka No 3 / 2009, reports of residents over 15 years of age who stay in the territory of Krupka for more than 30 days and have a permanent residence in the territories of other cities, is deleted from the date of publication of this finding in the Collection of Laws.
