of 25 July 2006
imposing amendments to collective agreements of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that in accordance with § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on Collective Negotiations, as amended, the following amendments to collective agreements of higher degree were deposited with it between 1.7.2006 and 24.7.2006:
1. Appendix 2 (of 29 June 2006) to a collective agreement concluded between
Czech Moravian Electrical Association
and
KOVO trade union.
2. Appendix 2 (of 30 June 2006) to a collective agreement of a higher degree concluded between
ECHO
and
The Association of Chemical Industry of the Czech Republic.
3. Appendix 7 (dated 23.6.2006) to a collective agreement of higher degree concluded between
Union of employees of glass, ceramic, jewellery and porcelain
and
Association of Glass and Ceramic Industry of the Czech Republic.
