DECLARATION
of 9 September 2003
amending Decree No. 21 / 1979 Coll., determining reserved gas installations and laying down certain conditions for ensuring their safety, as amended by Decree No. 554 / 1990 Coll. and Decree No. 352 / 2000 Coll.
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs pursuant to § 7b (1) of Act No. 174 / 1968 Coll., on State professional supervision of occupational safety, as amended by Act No. 124 / 2000 Coll., and the Czech Mining Office pursuant to § 8a (8) of Act No. 61 / 1988 Coll., on Mining Activities, Explosives and on State Mining Administration, as amended by Act No. 124 / 2000 Coll., provides:
Decree No. 21 / 1979 Coll., determining reserved gas installations and laying down certain conditions to ensure their safety, as amended by Decree No. 554 / 1990 Coll. and Decree No. 352 / 2000 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 1 (1), the words "for organisations carrying out activities subject to the top supervision of the authorities of the State Mining Administration ', including footnote 2, are deleted.
2. Paragraph 1 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) The Decree does not apply to products designated for conformity assessment under the Specific Law (2a) and the Ordinance of the Government (2b) before they are placed on the market and to technical equipment subject to the supervision of the authorities referred to in § 3 (2) (a) and (b) of the Act."
3. In Article 3 (2), the words "or, where appropriate, the district mining office ', including the comma, are deleted.
4. in Paragraph 3 (8), point (a) shall be deleted;
Points (b) to (g) up to now shall be renumbered as points (a) to (f).
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2004.
