DECLARATION
of 5 December 2011
on the seat of the district mining offices
Pursuant to § 38 paragraph 2 of Act No. 61 / 1988 Coll., on Mining Activities, Explosives and State Mining Administration, as amended by Act No. 542 / 1991 Coll., Act No. 376 / 2007 Coll. and Act No. 184 / 2011 Coll.:
The seat of the district mining offices shall be as follows:
a) the seat of the District Mining Office for the territory of the capital city of Prague and the region of Central Bohemia is Prague,
(b) the seat of the District Mining Office for the Region of Pilsen and South Bohemia is Pilsen,
(c) the seat of the District Mining Office for the Region of Karlovy Vary is Sokolov,
(d) the seat of the District Mining Office for the territory of the Ústí Region is the Bridge,
(e) the seat of the District Mining Office for the Regions of Králové Hradec Králové, Pardubický, Liberec and Vysočina is Hradec Kralove,
(f) the seat of the District Mining Office for the South Moravian and Zlín regions is Brno,
(g) Ostrava is the seat of the District Mining Office for the territories of the regions of Moravian-Silesian and Olomouc.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2012.
