laying down the procedure for the preparation of the Statistical Survey Programme
The Czech Statistical Office provides pursuant to § 27 (a) of Act No. 89 / 1995 Coll., on the State Statistical Service, as amended by Act No. 411 / 2000 Coll., ("the Act '):
Proposals for the content of the statistical surveys for the next calendar year carried out by the Czech Statistical Office shall be submitted to the Czech Statistical Office by 28 February of the current year.
Proposals for statistical surveys for the next calendar year carried out by ministries and other central administrations, meeting the requirements laid down in Section 10 (2) of the Act, shall be submitted to the Czech Statistical Office in duplicate by 31 May of the current year at the latest.
The Order of the Czech Statistical Office No. 53 / 1996 Coll., laying down the procedure for the preparation of the Statistical Survey Programme is hereby repealed.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2002.
