on the publication of a numbering plan for public telephone networks
The Czech Telecommunications Authority states that according to § 68 paragraph 4 of Act No. 151 / 2000 Coll., on Telecommunications and on the amendment of other laws, it has announced a numbering plan for public telephone networks. This plan, which is binding on the network operators and service providers concerned, lays down rules for the creation and use of numbers for public telephone networks and for telecommunications services for which public telephone networks are used.
According to the same provision of the Act, the Czech Telecommunications Authority published this numbering plan in the Telecommunications Bulletin of 25 September 2000, in the normative section "A 'under point 117. The numbering plan for public telephone networks became valid on that date.
