DECLARATION
of 19 December 2023
amending Decree No. 99 / 2012 Coll., on Minimum Personnel Security Requirements for Health Services, as amended
The Ministry of Health provides, pursuant to Section 120 of Act No. 372 / 2011 Coll., on Health Services and the Conditions for their Provision (Health Services Act), as amended by Act No. 111 / 2019 Coll. and Act No. 261 / 2021 Coll., for the implementation of Section 11 (4) of the Health Services Act:
Decree No. 99 / 2012 Coll., on Minimum Personnel Security Requirements for Health Services, as amended by Decree No. 287 / 2013 Coll., Decree No. 285 / 2017 Coll., Decree No. 304 / 2019 Coll., Decree No. 357 / 2020 Coll. and Decree No. 340 / 2022 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. In Annex No 1, Part I.B., point 1.17, at the end of point (a), the word "a 'is replaced by the following:
"(b) the general nurse or the practitioner, where nursing care is provided,";
2. In Annex No 1, Part I.B., point 1.17, the following point (c) is added, including footnote 22:
"(c) a professional in the protection and promotion of public health after having obtained professional competence or an assistant to protect and promote public health, provided that activities are carried out under another legislation (22), to which only a professional in the protection and promotion of public health or an assistant in the protection and promotion of public health are eligible.

Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2024.
