amending Government Decree No. 301 / 2022 Coll., on the occupation of soldiers in active duty and members of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic to carry out the tasks of the Police of the Czech Republic in connection with the temporary reintroduction of internal border control, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to § 22 paragraphs 1 and 2 of Act No. 273 / 2008 Coll., on the Police of the Czech Republic, and pursuant to Act No. 219 / 1999 Coll., on the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic, as amended:
Amendment of the Government Regulation on the occupation of soldiers in active duty and members of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic to carry out the tasks of the Police of the Czech Republic in connection with the temporary reintroduction of internal border control
Government Decree No. 301 / 2022 Coll., on the occupation of soldiers in active service and members of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic to carry out the tasks of the Police of the Czech Republic in connection with the temporary reintroduction of internal border control, as amended by Government Decree No. 323 / 2022 Coll. and Government Order No. 329 / 2022 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 1, "60 'is replaced by" 30'.
2. In Article 5 (2), "12 December 'is replaced by" 26 December';

In Article II (2) of Government Decree No. 323 / 2022 Coll., amending Government Decree No. 301 / 2022 Coll., on the occupation of soldiers in active employment and members of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic to carry out the tasks of the Police of the Czech Republic in connection with the temporary reintroduction of internal border control, as amended by Government Decree No. 329 / 2022 Coll., the words "December 12 'are replaced by the words" December 26'.

In Article III (2) of Decree No. 329 / 2022 Coll., amending Decree No. 301 / 2022 Coll., on the occupation of soldiers in active employment and members of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic to carry out the tasks of the Police of the Czech Republic in connection with the temporary reintroduction of internal border control, as amended by Decree No. 323 / 2022 Coll., "12 December 'is replaced by" 26 December'.
EFFECTIVE
(1) This Regulation shall enter into force on 12 December 2022.
(2) This Regulation shall expire on 25 January 2023.
