The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 79 (4) (m) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Conservation, as amended by Act No. 349 / 2009 Coll.:
In Annex III to Decree No. 395 / 1992 Coll., implementing certain provisions of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Conservation, as amended by Decree No. 175 / 2006 Coll., the words "Great Cormoran - Phalacrocorax carbo 'are deleted.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 April 2013.
