repealing the general binding Decree of the Regional Office of Breclav No 1 / 91 on the protection of amphibians - Class: Amphibia
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to Section 19 of Act No. 2 / 1969 Coll., on the establishment of ministries and other central bodies of the Czech Government, as amended:
General binding Decree No. 1 / 91 of the Regional Office of Breclav, on the protection of amphibians - class: Amphibia, is deleted.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2010.
