THE LAW
of 25 August 2002
setting the deadline for the submission of the draft law on the Czech State Budget for 2003 to the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
(1) The Government will submit a draft law on the Czech State Budget for 2003 to the President of the Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Parliament by the end of October 2002 at the latest.
(2) If the Government does not agree with the proposed chapters of the Chamber of Deputies, the Senate, the Constitutional Court, the Supreme Audit Office or the Office of the Ombudsman for 2003, the Budget Committee of the Chamber of Deputies shall decide on the figures at the request of the Government by 15 October 2002.
(1) Paragraph 101 (1) of the First Act No. 90 / 1995 Coll., on the Rules of Procedure of the Chamber of Deputies shall not apply to the submission of the draft Act on the State Budget of the Czech Republic for 2003.
(2) Paragraph 8 (4) of Act No. 218 / 2000 Coll., on budgetary rules and amending certain related laws (budgetary rules) does not apply to decisions of the Chamber of Deputies Committee of Budgets on the figures set out in the draft chapters of the Chamber of Deputies, the Senate, the Constitutional Court, the Supreme Audit Office or the Office of the Ombudsman for 2003 with which the Government does not agree.
This Act takes effect on the date of its publication and expires on the date of entry into force of the Act on the Czech State Budget for 2003.
