DECLARATION
of 19 December 2023
amending Decree No. 2 / 2015 Coll., on the establishment of professional criteria and other formalities for the provision of spa rehabilitation care, as amended by Decree No. 211 / 2022 Coll.
According to § 33 paragraph 12 of Act No. 48 / 1997 Coll., on Public Health Insurance and on the amendment and addition of certain related laws, as amended by Act No. 1 / 2015 Coll.:
Decree No. 2 / 2015 Coll., on the establishment of professional criteria and other formalities for the provision of spa rehabilitation care, as amended by Decree No. 211 / 2022 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in the Annex, in Part II, in indications Nos VI / 2, VI / 3, VI / 9, VI / 10 and VI / 11, in the column "Spa place" the word "April" shall be inserted after the word "Buchlovice" on a separate line.
2. in the Annex in Part II, in the indications Nos VII / 1, VII / 2, VII / 3, VII / 4, VII / 5, VII / 6, VII / 7, VII / 8, VII / 9, VII / 10, VII / 11 and VII / 12, the word "April" shall be inserted after the word "Buchlovice."
3. In the Annex in Part II, in indications No IX / 1 and No IX / 2, the words "Mariánska Spa 'shall be added to the separate row at the end of the column" Spa Place'.
4. In the Annex in Part II, in indications No X / 1 and No X / 2, in the column "Spa site ', the words" Mariánské Spa' are inserted after the words "Lipovává '.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2024.
