setting the rate of charge for the activity of the Energy Regulatory Authority
The Government orders pursuant to § 17d (2) and (3) of Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms and Conditions of Business and on the Enforcement of State Administration in the Energy Sector and on the amendment of certain laws (Energy Act), as amended by Act No. 131 / 2015 Coll.:
Rate of charge in the electricity sector
The rate of charge for the activity of the Energy Regulatory Authority in the electricity sector is CZK 4 per month for each customer collecting the electricity.
Fee rate in the gas sector
The rate of charge for the activity of the Energy Regulatory Authority in the gas sector is CZK 2.20 / MWh for the quantity of gas consumed.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2016.
