DECLARATION
of 9 October 2009
repealing the general binding Decree of the District Office of Břeclav No 5 / 1993 on the prohibition of smoking at all sites and premises of the District Office and Decree of the District Office of Břeclav No 4 / 1997 to avoid serious health defects by using water from groundwater flooded and contaminated by surface waters of the submerged river Moravia
According to Article 10 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1969 Coll., on the establishment of ministries and other central bodies of the state administration of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 60 / 1988 Coll., Act No. 203 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 474 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 272 / 1996 Coll., Act No. 362 / 2004 Coll. and Act No. 297 / 2008 Coll.:
They shall be deleted:
1. General binding Decree No. 5 / 1993 of the District Office of Breclav on the smoking ban at all offices and premises of the District Office.
2. Decree No. 4 / 1997 of the Breclav District Office to prevent serious health defects from occurring by the use of water from groundwater flooded and contaminated by surface waters of the submerged river Moravia.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2010.
