on the issue of a price decision
The Energy Regulatory Authority, in accordance with Article 10 (2) of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended, announces that pursuant to Article 17 (6) (e) of Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms and Conditions of Business and on the Performance of Government Administration in the Energy Sector and on the Amendment to Certain Laws (Energy Act), as amended, it issued Price Decision No. 5 / 2006 of 29 June 2006 determining a different procedure for setting the price of thermal energy.
According to Article 17 (10) (b) of the Energy Law, the Energy Regulatory Authority published a price decision in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 29 June 2006, in the amount of 6. The price decision took effect on 1 August 2006.
