amending Act No. 490 / 2001 Coll., on the State Budget of the Czech Republic for 2002
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 490 / 2001 Coll., on the State Budget of the Czech Republic for 2002 is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 1 (1), "CZK 690 399 679 000 'is replaced by" CZK 693 399 679 000' and "CZK 736 622 657 000 'is replaced by" CZK 739 622 657 000'.
2. In Annex 1 to the Act, "690 399 679 'is replaced by" 693 399 679' and "736 622 657 'is replaced by" 739 622 657'.
3. In Annex 2 to the Act, in the column "Non-tax income, capital income and subsidies received '," 58 006 430' is replaced by "61 006 430 '," 73 116 953' is replaced by "76 116 953 'and" 690 399 679' is replaced by "693 399 679 '.
4. In Annex 3 to the Act, "115 875 704 'is replaced by" 118 875 704' and "736 622 657 'is replaced by" 739 622 657'.
5. In Annex 4 to the Act, in Chapter 398 of the General Treasury, the number "58 006 430 'is replaced by" 61 006 430' and the number "115 875 704 'is replaced by" 118 875 704' and the new specific sub-indicator "Funds for the elimination of flood damage incurred in 2002 of 3 000 'is added.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
