Federal Ministry of Finance

extending the validity of Decree No. 224 / 1990 Coll., implementing the legal measure of the Bureau of the Federal Assembly No. 177 / 1990 Coll., on certain measures concerning the assets of political parties, political movements and social organisations, as amended by the legal measure of the Bureau of the Federal Assembly No. 363 / 1990 Coll.

The Federal Ministry of Finance pursuant to Section 4 of the Legal Measures of the Bureau of the Federal Assembly No. 177 / 1990 Coll., on certain measures concerning the assets of political parties, political movements and social organisations, provides:

§ 1

The effectiveness of Decree No. 224 / 1990 of the Federal Ministry of Finance Coll., implementing the statutory measures of the Bureau of the Federal Assembly No. 177 / 1990 Coll., on certain measures concerning the assets of political parties, political movements and social organisations, is hereby extended until 31 March 1991.

§ 2

This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
