The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs announces, pursuant to Article 3 (3) of Act No. 236 / 1995 Coll., on the salary and other formalities associated with the performance of the function of representatives of State authority and of certain state bodies and judges and Members of the European Parliament, as amended by Act No. 309 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 425 / 2010 Coll., the Constitutional Court Act No. 359 / 2014 Coll., Act No. 316 / 2018 Coll., Act No. 587 / 2020 Coll., and Act No. 18 / 2022 Coll., for the year 2023 the payment base for judges in the amount of CZK 113 709.
