THE LAW
of 25 August 2002
amending Act No. 211 / 2000 Coll., on the State Housing Development Fund and amending Act No. 171 / 1991 Coll., on the jurisdiction of the authorities of the Czech Republic in respect of transfers of State property to other persons and on the National Property Fund of the Czech Republic, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
In Article 3 (1) (a) of Act No. 211 / 2000 Coll., on the State Housing Development Fund and amending Act No. 171 / 1991 Coll., on the jurisdiction of the authorities of the Czech Republic regarding transfers of State property to other persons and on the National Property Fund of the Czech Republic, as amended, the words "or construction 'are replaced by the words", construction or acquisition'.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
