Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade

amending and supplementing Decree No. 14 / 1988 Coll., declaring the Order of the Arbitration Court of the Czechoslovak Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as amended by Decree No. 136 / 1990 Coll.
The Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade provides pursuant to Section 48 of Act No. 42 / 1980 Coll., on Economic Relations with Foreign Affairs, as amended:
Decree of the Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade No. 14 / 1988 Coll., declaring the Order of the Arbitration Court of the Czechoslovak Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as amended by Decree No. 136 / 1990 Coll., hereinafter referred to as the Order, is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 43 of the Order of the Arbitration Court of the Czechoslovak Chamber of Commerce and Industry, including the title, reads:
Costs of arbitration
The costs of arbitration, including the remuneration of arbitrators, shall be governed by the Rules on costs of arbitration issued by the Bureau of the Arbitration Court of the Czechoslovak Chamber of Commerce and Industry. '.
2. An annex to the Order of the Arbitration Court of the Czechoslovak Chamber of Commerce and Industry entitled Rules on the Costs of the Arbitration Procedure is hereby deleted.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
