on the method of determining the main activity of agricultural production and the method of keeping a register of producers with the main activity of agricultural production
According to Section 53 (3) of Act No. 165 / 2012 Coll., on Supported Energy Sources and on the Amendment of Certain Acts, as amended by Act No. 131 / 2015 Coll.:
Subject matter
This decree provides
(a) the method of determining the main object of the activity of agricultural production; and
(b) the method of keeping records of the list of producers with the main object of the agricultural production activity.
Method of determining the main activity of agricultural production
The main activity of agricultural production is the activity of an agricultural entrepreneur, which is registered in the records of an agricultural entrepreneur pursuant to Section 2f of the Agricultural Act, if, in the sum of the last closed financial year, its agricultural production revenues account for more than 50% of the total business income and this is demonstrated by an auditor's report. The auditor's report for the previous calendar year shall be submitted by the agricultural entrepreneur to the Ministry of Agriculture by 30 June each year.
Method of keeping records of the list of producers with the main activity of agricultural production
(1) The list of producers with the main activity of agricultural production shall be entered by the agricultural entrepreneur where the main activity of the agricultural production is carried out under Section 2.
(2) The list of producers with the main activity of agricultural production is published on the website of the Ministry of Agriculture.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 January 2016.
