of 7 October 2009
repealing certain generally binding regulations of the District National Committees and regulations of the District Authorities
According to Article 12 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1969 Coll., on the establishment of ministries and other central government bodies of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 60 / 1988 Coll., Act No. 62 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 499 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 71 / 2006 Coll. and Act No. 110 / 2007 Coll., and Article CXIX (3) of Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., on the amendment and repeal of certain laws in connection with the cessation of the activities of the district authorities:
They shall be deleted:
1. General binding regulation of the Regional National Committees in České Budějovice, Písek and Pribrami from 1967 - Status of the recreational area Orlík.
2. General binding regulation of the Regional National Committee in Písek, 1982 - Statute and operating rules of the recreational areas in the district of Písek.
