DECLARATION
of 20 December 2007
amending Decree No 36 / 2006 Coll., on the verification of the conformity of a copy or a copy with the instrument and on the authenticity of the signature, as amended by Decree No 331 / 2006 Coll.
According to Section 21 of Act No. 21 / 2006 Coll., on the verification of the conformity of a copy or copy with the instrument and on the verification of the authenticity of the signature and on the amendment of certain laws (the Act on Verification):
Annex No 1 to Decree No. 36 / 2006 Coll., on the verification of the conformity of a copy or a copy with the instrument and on the authenticity of the signature, as amended by Decree No. 331 / 2006 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the part "South Bohemian Region," point (b), the word "Precious" shall be inserted after the word "Precious," after the word "Mazelov," the word "Mydlovary," after the word "Nedabyl," the word "Neplachov," shall be inserted after the word "Radošovice," and the word "Strážkovice," shall be inserted after the word "Stážov,";
2. In the part "South Bohemian Region ', point (c), the words" Rožmberk nad Vltavou' shall be inserted after the words "Nové, '.
3. In the part "South Bohemian Region ', point (d), the word" Budeč' is inserted after the word "municipal authorities'.
4. in the part "South Bohemian Region ', point (h), the word" Talín' is inserted after the word "Smetanova Lhota 'and the word" Timisoara' is deleted;
5. In the part "South Bohemian Region ', point (i), the word" Chrobola,' is inserted after the word "Radhost ', and the word" Stand' is added at the end of the text of this point.
6. In the part "South Bohemian Region ', point (j), the word" Borkovice' is inserted after the word "municipal authorities'.
7. In the part "South Bohemian Region," point (k), the word "Cechnice," after the word "Mechichov," is inserted the word "Milolovice," after the word "Parachev," the word "Prechovice," after the word "Radomyšl," the word "Straight," and the word "Krejnice," is deleted.

12.
