DECLARATION
of 21 July 2006
amending Decree No. 166 / 2005 Coll., implementing certain provisions of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Protection, as amended, in connection with the creation of NATURA 2000
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 3 (2) and § 5 (7) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Conservation, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll.:
Decree No. 166 / 2005 Coll., implementing certain provisions of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Conservation, as amended, in connection with the creation of NATURA 2000, is amended as follows:
1. Article 3 shall be deleted;
2. In Annex No 1, the words "Isoeto-Nanojucetea 'are replaced by the words" Isoëto-Nanojuncetea'.
3. In Annex 2, Section A, the word "myrnidone 'is replaced by" myrmidone' after the word "Colias'.
4. In Annex 2, Section B, the word "myrnidone 'is replaced by" myrmidone' after the word "Colias'.
5. Annex 3 shall be deleted;
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
