pursuant to Article 12 (3) of Act No. 42 / 1980 Coll., on Economic Relations with Foreign Affairs, as amended, issued the Decree of 6 August 1990 No. 5 / 1990. FMZO, which abolishes the decree of the Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade No 9 / 1980. FMZO on the procedure for the conclusion and conduct of foreign trade operations, as amended. This revenue shall take effect on the day of its publication.
The proceeds are published in the FMZO Bulletin. The proceeds can be consulted at the Federal Foreign Trade Ministry.
