DECLARATION
of 8 February 2019
amending the Decree implementing electoral laws
The Ministry of Interior provides for the agreement with the Czech Statistical Office under § 92 paragraph 1 (c) (1) and (3) of Act No. 247 / 1995 Coll., on the elections to Parliament of the Czech Republic and on the amendment and amendment of certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 204 / 2000 Coll., on the Agreement with the Czech Statistical Office under § 59 (c) (2) Sb., on the Agreement with the Czech Statistical Office under § 74 (c) of the Act No. 491 / 2001 Coll., on the election of the Czech Statistical Office under § 70 (b) of the Act and on the Agreement with the Czech Statistical Office under § 74 (d) of the Act under § 62 / 2003 Sb., on the election of certain laws and on the agreement with the Czech Statistical Office under § 69 (c) of Act No. 275 / 2012 Coll.
Amendment to Decree No 152 / 2000 Coll.
The Decree of the Ministry of Interior No 152 / 2000 Coll., on the implementation of certain provisions of Act No. 130 / 2000 Coll., on Regional Councils and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Decree No. 401 / 2002 Coll., Decree No. 565 / 2002 Coll., Decree No. 251 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 368 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 442 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 233 / 2012 Coll., Decree No. 452 / 2013 Coll., Decree No. 91 / 2017 Coll., Decree No. 475 / 2017 Coll., and Decree No. 185 / 2018 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Annex No 1, in Model 3, the word "age 'is replaced by" age on the second day of the election'.
2. In Annex 2, model form 6:
"NOTE ON THE TRANSMISSION AND RESULT OF VOICE VOICE VOICE VOICE VOICE VOICE
3. In Annex 2 to the Annex to the model form 6:

Transitional provision
Decree No 152 / 2000 Coll., as effective from the date of entry into force of this decree, shall apply for the first time in elections to the Councils of the Regions declared after the entry into force of this decree.
Amendment to Decree No 233 / 2000 Coll.
Decree No. 233 / 2000 Coll., on the implementation of certain provisions of Act No. 247 / 1995 Coll., on the Election to the Parliament of the Czech Republic and on the amendment and addition of certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 212 / 1996 Coll., the finding of the Constitutional Court published under No. 243 / 1999 Coll. and Act No. 204 / 2000 Coll., as amended by Decree No. 80 / 2002 Coll., Decree No. 188 / 2002 Coll., Decree No. 401 / 2002 Coll., Decree No. 565 / 2002 Coll., Decree No. 251 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 368 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 321 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 442 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 452 / 2013 Coll., Decree No. 91 / 2017 Coll., Decree No. 475 / 2017 Coll., Decree No. 185 / 2018 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 3 (1), the last sentence is deleted.
2. In Annex 1, in Model 4 and Model 6, the word "age 'is replaced by" age on the second day of the election'.
3. In Annex 2, model form 4a:

Transitional provision
Decree No 233 / 2000 Coll., as effective from the date of entry into force of this decree, shall apply for the first time in the elections to the Chamber of Deputies and in the Senate elections declared after the entry into force of this decree.
Amendment of Decree No 59 / 2002 Coll.
The Decree of the Ministry of Interior No. 59 / 2002 Coll., on the implementation of certain provisions of Act No. 491 / 2001 Coll., on the elections to municipal councils and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Decree No. 401 / 2002 Coll., Decree No. 565 / 2002 Coll., Decree No. 251 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 368 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 442 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 452 / 2013 Coll., Decree No. 91 / 2017 Coll., Decree No. 475 / 2017 Coll., and Decree No. 185 / 2018 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. In the first sentence of Article 3 (3), the word "permanent 'shall be deleted from the part of the sentence after the semicolon.
2. In Annex 1, in Model 2 and Model 3, the word "permanent 'is deleted.
3. In Annex No 1, in Model 4 and Model 6, if the applicant is concerned, the word "permanent 'shall be deleted.
4. In Annex 1, Model 5:
"Promised members of the District Election Commission
5. In Annex No 1, in Model 6, the word "age 'is replaced by the words" age on the second day of the elections or, where appropriate, on the day of the elections, if elections take place on the same day'.
6. In Annex No 1, in the Annex to Model 6, the words "permanently occupied 'are replaced by the words" registered at the address'.
7. In Annex 1, in Model 7, the words "A ballot may be printed on both sides' shall be replaced by the words" A ballot may be printed on both sides'; If the ballot is printed on both sides, the text "Continued on the other side" shall be indicated at the end of each page. '
8. Model 10 of Annex 1 reads as follows:
"Record of inspection carried out by the Regional Office
9. In Annex 1, in Model 11 and Model 12, the words "Permanent residence 'are replaced by the words" Registered residence at address'.
10. In Annex No 1, in Model 13, the word "authorised 'shall be inserted after the word" signature'.
11. In Annex 2, in the model form 1, the word "permanent 'is deleted.
12. In Annex 2, model form 3:

Transitional provision
Decree No. 59 / 2002 Coll., as effective from the date of entry into force of this decree, shall apply for the first time in elections to the municipal councils declared after the entry into force of this decree.
Amendment to Decree No. 409 / 2003 Coll.
Decree No. 409 / 2003 Coll., implementing Act No. 62 / 2003 Coll., on elections to the European Parliament and amending certain laws, as amended by Decree No. 251 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 368 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 442 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 452 / 2013 Coll., Decree No. 63 / 2014 Coll., Decree No. 91 / 2017 Coll., Decree No. 475 / 2017 Coll. and Decree No. 185 / 2018 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. In Article 3 (1), the words "and the declaration of candidates' shall be inserted after the words" the documents submitted '.
2. In Paragraph 3 (2), "or 'is replaced by" a'.
3. In Annex 1, in Model 4, the words "date of birth 'are replaced by the words" age on the second day of election'.
4. In Annex No 1, in Annex A to Model 4, the following is inserted under the text of the declaration:
"...........................................................

5. In Annex 2, model form 2:

Transitional provision
Decree No. 409 / 2003 Coll., as effective from the date of entry into force of this decree, shall apply for the first time in the elections to the European Parliament announced after the entry into force of this decree.
Amendment to Decree No 294 / 2012 Coll.
Decree No. 294 / 2012 Coll., on the implementation of certain provisions of the Act on the Election of the President of the Republic, as amended by Decree No. 452 / 2013 Coll., Decree No. 91 / 2017 Coll., Decree No. 475 / 2017 Coll. and Decree No. 185 / 2018 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Annex 4, the words "military departure," are deleted.
2. Annex 5 shall read as follows:
"NOTE ON THE TRANSMISSION AND RESULT OF VOICE VOICE VOICE VOICE VOICE VOICE
RECORDING ON THE TRANSMISSION AND RESULT OF VOTING IN THE SPECIAL VOICE QUARK
Transitional provision
Decree No 294 / 2012 Coll., as effective from the date of the entry into force of this decree, shall apply for the first time in the election of the President of the Republic, which was declared after the entry into force of this decree.
EFFECTIVE
This decree shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
