GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 23 January 2008
adjusting the level of the soldiers in the reserve called for military exercises
The Government mandates pursuant to § 83 (1) of Act No. 220 / 1999 Coll., on the course of basic or substitute service and military exercises and on certain legal ratios of soldiers in reserve:
Merely soldiers in reserve called for military exercises
The following monthly amounts of service shall be provided to the soldiers in reserve called for military training for the rank of the men, the petty officers, the sergeant-general, the officers and the generals:

| četař | 800 Kč, |
| rotný | 850 Kč, |
| rotmistr | 900 Kč, |
| nadrotmistr | 950 Kč, |
| štábní rotmistr | 1 050 Kč, |
| podpraporčík, podporučík | 1 100 Kč, |
| praporčík, poručík | 1 200 Kč, |
| nadpraporčík, nadporučík | 1 300 Kč, |
| štábní praporčík | 1 400 Kč, |
| kapitán | 1 450 Kč, |
| major | 1 600 Kč, |
| podplukovník | 1 750 Kč, |
| plukovník | 2 000 Kč, |
| brigádní generál | 2 200 Kč, |
| generálmajor | 2 400 Kč, |
| generálporučík | 2 700 Kč, |
| armádní generál | 3 000 Kč. |
Repeal
Government Decree No. 39 / 2002 Coll., which regulates the level of servicemen in essential or substitute service and soldiers in reserve called for military training, is hereby repealed.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 April 2008.
