repealing Decree No. 213 / 1991 Coll., on Safety of Work and Technical Equipment in the Operation, Maintenance and Repair of Vehicles
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides, pursuant to Sections 9 and 24 of Act No. 2 / 1969 Coll., on the establishment of ministries and other central bodies of the State Administration of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 203 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 575 / 1990 Coll. and Act No. 474 / 1992 Coll., and the Czech Mining Office provides pursuant to § 8a (8) of Act No. 61 / 1988 Coll., on Mining Activities, Explosives and on State Mining Administration, as amended by Act No. 124 / 2000 Coll.:
Decree No. 213 / 1991 Coll., on Safety of Work and Technical Equipment in the Operation, Maintenance and Repair of Vehicles is hereby repealed.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
