GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 9 January 2002
adjusting the level of the service soldiers in the primary or replacement service and the soldiers in the reserve called for military exercises
The Government mandates pursuant to § 76 (5) and § 83 (1) of Act No. 220 / 1999 Coll., on the course of basic or replacement service and military exercises and on certain legal ratios of soldiers in reserve:
Merely soldiers in basic or replacement service
The following monthly amounts of service shall be fixed for the rank of the staff and petty officers:
| vojín | 500 Kč, |
| svobodník | 550 Kč, |
| desátník | 700 Kč, |
| četař | 750 Kč. |
Merely soldiers in reserve called for military exercises
The following monthly amounts of service shall be provided to the soldiers in reserve called for military training for the rank of the men, the petty officers, the sergeant-general, the officers and the generals:
| vojín | 500 Kč, |
| svobodník | 550 Kč, |
| desátník | 700 Kč, |
| četař | 750 Kč, |
| rotný | 800 Kč, |
| rotmistr | 850 Kč, |
| nadrotmistr | 900 Kč, |
| štábní rotmistr | 950 Kč, |
| podpraporčík, podporučík | 1 000 Kč, |
| praporčík, poručík | 1 100 Kč, |
| nadpraporčík, nadporučík | 1 200 Kč, |
| štábní praporčík | 1 250 Kč, |
| kapitán | 1 300 Kč, |
| major | 1 450 Kč, |
| podplukovník | 1 600 Kč, |
| plukovník | 1 800 Kč, |
| brigádní generál | 2 000 Kč, |
| generálmajor | 2 200 Kč, |
| generálporučík | 2 400 Kč, |
| armádní generál | 2 700 Kč. |
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the first day of the calendar month following its publication.
