DECLARATION
Federal Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Finance, Prices and Wages of the Czech Socialist Republic and Ministry of Finance, Prices and Wages of the Slovak Socialist Republic
of 30 January 1990
amending and supplementing Decree No 231 / 1988 Coll., on administrative fees
The Federal Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Finance, Prices and Wages of the Czech Socialist Republic and the Ministry of Finance, Prices and Wages of the Slovak Socialist Republic shall, in agreement with the participating central authorities, provide for the Act No. 105 / 1951 Coll., on Administrative Charges, as amended by the legal measure of the Bureau of the National Assembly No. 138 / 1960 Coll.:
The Decree of the Federal Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Finance, the prices and wages of the Czech Socialist Republic and the Ministry of Finance, the prices and wages of the Slovak Socialist Republic No. 231 / 1988 Coll., on administrative fees, is amended and supplemented as follows:
1. In entry 5 (b), the rate "Kčs 300, - 'is replaced by" Kčs 500, -'.
2. In heading 5 of the exemption point 2, comma is deleted after the words "Slovak National Council 'and the words" central committees of political parties'.
3. In item 8 (a) and (b):

4. In item 11, the rate "Kčs 300, - 'is replaced by the rate" Kčs 40, - to 300, -'.
5. In entry 12 (g), the rate is added to "for each bundle of matrices'.
6. In entry 13, point (b), the rate "Cčs 1000, - 'is replaced by" Cčs 1000, - to 2000, -'.
7. Entitlement to item 13 is deleted.
8. the following point 4 is added:
"4. A fee equal to three times the upper limit of the rate shall be levied for the authorisation of the operation of playing instruments on foreign currency. ';
9. In heading 14 of the exemption point 1, the words "People's militia ', including comma after those words, are deleted.
10. the entries for entry 18 are added by point 3;
'3. The administrative fee referred to in this item shall be reduced by the amount evidently paid for technical inspection stations for the technical inspection of motor vehicles and their trailers after domestic construction or imported individually from abroad. ';
11. The following authorisation shall be added to line 24:
"Command:
The Czechoslovak representative office may increase the upper limit of the tariff to double. '
12. The following authorisation shall be added to entry 27:
"Command:
The Czechoslovak representative office may increase the fee rate to 10 times. '
13. Under heading 27 of the exemption after the words "Czechoslovak Bank ', the comma and the word" savings banks' are added.
14. the following point 3 is added:
'3. The exchange or output of bulk data on magnetic tapes is not an administrative action within the meaning of this item. ';
15. in item 28, point (c) shall be deleted;
16. The following authorisation shall be added to line 31:
"Command:
The Czechoslovak representative office may increase the fee rate to 10 times. '
17. In entry 32, the upper limit of the rate "Kčs 35 000, - 'is replaced by" Kčs 2 000, -'.
18. In heading 32, points 1 and 4 are deleted, in point 2 the words "at the upper limit of the rate 'are added at the end and the notes of points 2 and 3 are renumbered as points 1 and 2.
19. The following authorisation shall be added to line 33:
"Command:
The Czechoslovak representative office may increase the fee rate to 10 times. '
20. in entry 34 (a) the upper limit of the rates "Kčs 4,000, -, Kčs 12 500, - and Kčs 5 000, -" shall be replaced by "Kčs 10 000, -, Kčs 20 000, - and Kčs 15 000, -"
21. in entry 34, the exemption point 2 is replaced by the comma after the words "urban public transport 'and the end of the sentence is deleted.
22. Point 3 of heading 34 of the exemption is deleted.
23. in entry 35B (1) (a), the rate "2500, - Kčs" is replaced by the rate "Kčs 4,500, -."
24. In entry 35 C, "15 000, - Kčs' is replaced by" 25 000, - Kčs'.
25. Point 2 of heading 35 of the exemption is deleted.
26. Under heading 37 of the exemption point 1, comma shall be deleted after the words "Slovak National Council ', the words" central committees of political parties', and the last sentence shall read "The fee shall be further exempt from the charge from persons participating in international competitions involving sport shooting. '
27. The following authorisation shall be added to entry 37:
"Command:
The Czechoslovak representative office and passport control authorities may increase the fee rate to twice that. '
28. Item 39, including the note, shall be deleted.
29. In entry 41, point (a), the upper limit of the "Kčs 300, - 'is replaced by" Kčs 600, -' and in point (b), the lower limit of the "Kčs 10, - 'is replaced by" Kčs 50, -'.
30. Exemption to Lot 41 shall be deleted.
31. the following point 3 shall be added:
'3. The administrative authority shall charge and collect a fee at the upper limit of the rate for issuing a travel document for permanent residence abroad. ';
32. Item 42, including exemption, authorisation and endorsements, shall be deleted.
33. Heading 43, including exemption, authorisation and endorsements, shall be deleted.
34. In item 44, the words "or extensions' and the liberation and authorisation of this item are deleted; the upper limit of the" Kčs 50, - 'is replaced by "Kčs 100, -';
35. in entry 47 (b), the rate "Kčs 10, - to 500, -" is replaced by "Kčs 50, - to 800, -."
36. Exemption to Lot 47 is deleted.
37. In entry 56, the rate "Cčs 5,000, - 'is replaced by" Cčs 9,000, -'.
38. In entry 62 (a) the upper limit of the rate "150% 'is replaced by" 300%'.
39. The exemption to heading 62 reads as follows:
"The fee referred to in points (a) and (b) of this heading shall be exempt from the Czechoslovak Red Cross if it is for non-commercial export of goods in the course of its activities."
40. In entry 63, the rate "Kčs 150, - 'is replaced by" Kčs 400, -'.

42. Exemption to heading 64 shall be deleted.
43. In entry 69, the upper limit of the tariff "Kčs 2000, - 'is replaced by" Kčs 3 500, -'.
44. The exemption to heading 69 shall read as follows:
"Visa issued free of charge
- diplomatic, service and special passports, provided reciprocity is maintained,
- significant persons,
- children under 15. "
45. Point 69 of note 1 and point 3 are deleted. The notes referred to in points 2 and 4 shall be renumbered as points 1 and 2.
46. In entry 70, the rate of "Kčs 300, - to 1 800, - 'is replaced by" Kčs 500, - to 3 000, -'.
47. In entry 71, the upper limit of the tariff "Kčs 1 200, - 'is replaced by" Kčs 2 500, -'.
48. In entry 74, the upper limit of the "Kčs 600, - 'is replaced by" Kčs 1000, -'.
49. In entry 75, the rate "Cčs 40, - to 150, - 'is replaced by" Cčs 50, - to 300, -'.
50. in entry 76, the upper limit of the rates "Kčs 150, - 'and" Kčs 600, -' is replaced by "Kčs 300, - 'and" Kčs 1000, -';
51. in entry 77 (a), the upper limit of the rate "Kčs 150, -" is replaced by "Kčs 300, -."
52. In entry 77 (b) the upper limit of the rate "Kčs 125, - 'is replaced by" Kčs 250, -'.
53. In entry 77 (c) the upper limit of the "Kčs 125, - 'is replaced by" Kčs 250, -'.
54. in entry 78 (a), the upper limit of the rate "Kčs 600, -" is replaced by "Kčs 1000, -."
55. In entry 78, point (b), the upper limit of the "Kčs 150, - 'is replaced by" Kčs 300, -'.

59. In entry 79, point IV, the rate "Kčs 5, - 'is replaced by" Kčs 10, -'.
60. In entry 79, point V., "Kčs 5, - 'is replaced by" Kčs 10, -'.
61. The power to Part III shall be:
"The Federal Inventions Office may reduce or waive the fixed fee rate on the basis of reciprocity or for reasons of general interest, or increase the rate up to twice the rate, except for the rate set out in item 88. ';
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
