DECLARATION
Federal Ministry of Communications
of 6 April 1988
supplementing the Federal Ministry of Communications Decree No. 51 / 1985 Coll., published in Radio and Television Regulations, as amended by Decree No. 76 / 1987 Coll.
Federal Ministry of Communications pursuant to § 22 of Act No. 110 / 1964 Coll., on Telecommunications provides:
1. Paragraph 6 (2) of Decree No. 51 / 1985 of the Federal Ministry of Communications Coll., which is published in the Radio and Television Regulations, as amended by Decree No. 76 / 1987 Coll., the following points (e) and (f) are added:
"(e) to lonely pensioners who receive an old-age, disabled pension for years, personal, social or widower's and hold a certificate of the Ministry of Defence under Act No. 255 / 1946 Coll., on members of the Czechoslovak army abroad and on certain other participants in the national struggle for liberation, or holders of a certificate of the Ministry of Defence on participation in the I or II Resistance (" Resistance participants "), and to widows from participants in the Resistance that were already married to them at the time of the marriage, unless they are remarried or live in a common household with a species whose income does not exceed 13200 Kès per year,
(f) to spouses, at least one of whom is a pensioner - a member of the Resistance, if the sum of their pensions and other net income does not exceed 21 600 Cds per year. "
2. A necessary part of the request for exemption from charges for the use of receivers under this decree is the recommendation issued by the District (District, City) Committee of the Czech Union of Anti-Fascist Warriors or the Slovak Union of Anti-Fascist Warriors.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 May 1988.
