AMENDMENT OF PRINCIPLES
the governments of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Central Council of the Unions on the participation of workers in the creation, implementation and control of the five-year plan and the annual plans for economic and social development, approved by the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic resolution of 24 October 1985 No 270 (No 107 / 1985 Coll.)
In accordance with the amendments to the timetable for the planning work for the draft State Plan for 1988 on the basis of the Resolution of the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic of 29 January 1987 No 14 and with the agreement of the Secretariat of the Central Council of Trade Unions, the draft plans are deleted in Part I. The principle is that the procedure provided for in each item remains valid for the preparation of the economic plan. The opinions of the trade unions shall be drawn up at the level of the security of the economic plans drawn up for 1988 in order to meet the objectives of the 8th Five Year Plan. At the same time, a change shall be made in Part II.
Part II "Participation of workers in the application of friendly planning" of Article 11 of the principle is:
"11. In-house planning shall be organised as a progressivity of the implementation of the State Plan for the relevant year in the annual economic plans of the organisations and bodies of the Central Article by the deadline for their confirmation by the superior stage of the procedure (usually December of the preceding year). '.
According to this regulation, the development of the state implementation plan for 1988 and in the following years of the 8th Five-Year Plan is already under way.
