amending and supplementing the Act of the Czech National Council No. 134 / 1973 Coll., on the competence of the authorities of the Czech Socialist Republic in the field of prices
The Czech National Council decided on this law:
Act of the Czech National Council No. 134 / 1973 Coll., on the competence of the authorities of the Czech Socialist Republic in the field of prices, is amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 2 (4) (b), "(b) to (d)" is replaced by "(b) to (e)";
2. Article 3 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) The Regional National Committees and the National Committee of the City of Prague set prices for new products and changes prices for services, performances and works
(a) organisations managed by national committees;
(b) organisations managed by district or county agricultural administrations,
(c) cooperative organisations with the exception of consumer cooperatives;
(d) social organisations;
e) industrial enterprises managed by the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Socialist Republic,
(f) supplied by citizens,
except in the case of prices the determination and amendment of which is the responsibility of other bodies under the special rules, or of which the Czech Price Office reserves the right to fix and amend. '
3. In Article 3 (3), the sentence behind the semicolon reads:
"If the scope referred to in paragraph 2 is concerned, they may do so only with the agreement of the Czech Price Office."
This Act shall take effect on 1 July 1983.
