determining the City National Committee in Fižak's Building Office
The Council of the Regional National Committee in Lucenec determines, pursuant to Article 9 (2) (a) of Act No. 87 / 1958 Coll., on the Construction Regulations, in conjunction with Article 2 of the Slovak National Council Act No. 72 / 1969 Coll., on certain measures in the organisation and competence of the National Committees in the Slovak Socialist Republic, and Article 5 (3) of the Slovak National Council Act No. 131 / 1970 Coll., on the establishment of the Regional National Committees in the Slovak Socialist Republic and on measures related to the building office
City National Committee in Fižakov.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
