determining the district office of local national committees in the district of the construction office
The Council of the District National Committee in Komárno determines pursuant to § 9 (2) (a) of Act No. 87 / 1958 Coll., on the Construction Regulations, in conjunction with Article 6 of the Slovak National Council Act No. 72 / 1969 Coll., on certain measures in the organisation and competence of national committees in the Slovak Socialist Republic, the Construction Office.
The district office of the local national committees based in Marcelová with territorial competence for the municipalities of Chotín, Marcelová and Šrobárová.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
