DECLARATION
President of the State Social Security Office
of 15 May 1963
repealing Decree No. 63 / 1960 Coll., which provides for decisions on certain additional benefits of pension insurance (insurance) by the national committees of the South Moravian Region
The President of the State Social Security Office shall, in agreement with the participating Ministers, the South Moravian Regional National Committee and the Central Council of Trade Unions under Article 69 (1) of Act No. 55 / 1956 Coll., on Social Security, as amended by Act No. 41 / 1958 Coll., and pursuant to Article 75 (4) of Act No. 32 / 1962 Coll., on Social Security of Cooperative Farmers:
Decree No. 63 / 1960 Coll., which provides for decisions on certain additional benefits of pension insurance (insurance) by the national committees of the South Moravian Region, is hereby repealed; the national committees of this region therefore decide on the matters of pension insurance for cooperative peasants and on the matters of pension insurance for individual farmers and for other persons of the same scope as national committees in other regions. *)
If an appeal has been lodged before 1 June 1963 against a decision of the National Committee, issued pursuant to Decree No 63 / 1960 Coll. the appeal shall be decided by the National Committee of the highest degree, even if the decision given relates to a matter in which the State Social Security Office decides from that date.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 June 1963.
