amending Government Regulation No 32 / 1954 Coll., adjusting certain ratios of members of national committees
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 33 paragraphs 1 and 2 of Act No. 13 / 1954 Coll., on National Committees, and under the legal measure of the Bureau of the National Assembly No. 38 / 1958 Coll., on the Heads of Trade Unions of National Committees:
Government Decree No 32 / 1954 Coll. is amended as follows:
Article 1 (2) reads as follows:
"The employer shall, at the request of the Board of the National Committee for which the member is a member, provide unpaid leave of absence of service for the performance of his duties to the Presidents, their Vice-Presidents and the Secretaries of the National Committees in employment. '

"Paragraphs 2 (2) and 4 and 5 shall also apply to members of the boards of national committees responsible for the management of trade unions of national committees. '
The Minister of the Interior is hereby authorised to publish in the Collection of Laws the full text of Government Decree No. 32 / 1954 Coll., on the modification of certain ratios of members of the national committees, as is apparent from the later provisions.
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 July 1958; It shall be implemented by the Minister for the Interior in agreement with participating members of the Government.
