Decree of the Minister of Finance
of 19 March 1947
determining the figure of the monopoly duty on alcohol.
According to Article 100 (3) of the Act of 19 February 1946, No 30 Coll., on the reregulation of Czechoslovak law in the field of indirect taxes and state financial monopolies, I declare to Slovakia, in agreement with the Financial Officer:
The figure of the monopoly tax on alcohol is for alcohol at all and for products for which the Czechoslovak monopoly of alcohol is supplied at full sale price, 190 CZK per hl °.
Paragraph 2 of Decree No. 58 / 1946 Coll., as amended by Decree No. 185 / 1946 Coll., expires.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 April 1947.
