The Act on the Expensive Addition of Beneficiaries of State Relative (Providing) Salaries and on the Adjustment of Some Their Legal Rates

on the expensive addition to beneficiaries of state resting (provision) salaries and the adjustment of some of their legal conditions.
The Provisional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
Čl. I.
(1) The expensive addition provided for in Paragraph 4 (2) of the Decree of 1 April 1941, No 126 Coll., on the reregulation of the provisions on expensive allowances and on the supplementary allowance for protectorate and certain other public servants, is:

(2) The single expensive addition provided for in Section 4, paragraph 5 of Decree-Law No 126 / 1941 Coll. is 2.400 CZK per year.
Čl. II.
The income line established by the Government Decree of 18 February 1941, No 136 Coll., amending certain provisions of the Government Decree of 21 December 1938, No 379 Coll., on the modification of certain personnel arrangements in public administration, and the Government Decree of 21 December 1938, No 380 Coll., on the austerity measures of personnel, shall be increased as follows:
In Article I, § 24, paragraph 1, the amount of CZK 6.000 is increased to CZK 13.800 and CZK 12.000 to CZK 27.600 per year,
in Articles I, 23, 3, 26, 1 and 27, 2, the amount of CZK 15.600 shall be increased to CZK 36.000 per year;
in Article I, § 22, paragraph 1, the amount of CZK 21.000 shall be increased to CZK 48.000 per year; and
In Article I, § 28, paragraph 1, the amount of CZK 36.000 shall be increased to CZK 84.000 per year.
Čl. III.
§ 1.
The applicability of the provisions of § 27, § 1, § 1 and § 30 and Article 31 of the Decree of 21 December 1938, No 380 Coll., on staff austerity measures, as amended by Decree No. 136 / 1941 Coll., is hereby revoked.
§ 2.
Any resting (provision) salaries within the meaning of Article 34 of the Staff Regulations of No. 380 / 1938 Coll., as regards the wording of Decree-Law No 136 / 1941 Coll., are to be understood as both basic resting (provision) salaries - whether legal or free of consideration - as well as all accessories (upbringing, supplementary allowance for married persons, compensatory allowances, expensive allowances, etc.), excluding disposable benefits and allowances from the provisions of Section 34 of that Government Regulation expressly excluded.
Čl. IV.
This Act takes effect on 1 August 1945 and applies in the Czech and Moravian-Silesian countries and Slovakia; It shall be carried out by the Minister for Finance, the Minister for National Defence, the Minister for Transport and the Minister for Post.
