DECLARATION

of 1 December 2022

amending Decree No 345 / 2020 Coll., on determining the administrative districts of the municipalities entrusted with the municipal authority, and Decree No 346 / 2020 Coll., on determining the administrative districts of the municipalities with extended scope, the territory of the districts of the capital of Prague and the jurisdiction of certain municipalities to another district

The Ministry of the Interior provides pursuant to Section 3 of Act No. 314 / 2002 Coll., on the establishment of municipalities with entrusted municipal office, as amended by Act No. 51 / 2020 Coll., and under Section 7 (1) of Act No. 51 / 2020 Coll., on the Territorial Administrative Classification of the State and on the amendment of the related laws (Act on Territorial Administrative Classification of the State):

ČÁST PRVNÍ

Amendment of the Order on the establishment of administrative districts of municipalities authorised by the municipal authority

Čl. I

Decree No 345 / 2020 Coll., on the determination of the administrative districts of municipalities authorised by the municipal authority, is amended as follows:

1. In Article 7 (7), the word "Přemyslovice," shall be inserted after the word "Semí,"

2. In Article 7 (14), the word "Plámyslovice," shall be deleted.

Čl. II

Transitional provisions

1. Administrative proceedings conducted by the Municipality of Prostějov as the locally competent municipal authority for the territory of the municipality of Přemlovice, which was not terminated by power before the date of entry into force of this Decree, shall be completed by the Municipality of Prostějov.

2. The tasks of the entrusted municipal authority in connection with the elections announced prior to the date of entry into force of this decree for the territory of the municipality of Přemlovice shall be carried out by the Municipality of Prostějov.

ČÁST DRUHÁ

Amendment of the Decree on the establishment of administrative districts of municipalities with extended scope, the territory of districts of the capital city of Prague and the jurisdiction of certain municipalities to another district

Čl. III

Decree No. 346 / 2020 Coll., on determining the administrative districts of the municipalities with extended scope, the territory of the districts of the capital city of Prague and the jurisdiction of certain municipalities to another district, is amended as follows:

1. In Article 11 (3), the word "Přemyslovice," shall be inserted after the word "Semí,"

2. In Article 11 (8), the word "Plámyslovice," shall be deleted.

Čl. IV

Transitional provision

Administrative procedures conducted by the City Council Prostějov, as the local competent municipal authority of the municipality with extended competence for the territory of the municipality of Přemyslovice, which was not definitively completed before the date of entry into force of this decree, will complete the Municipality of Prostějov.
