DECLARATION
of 28 November 2013
amending Decree No. 505 / 2006 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Social Services Act, as amended
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides, pursuant to § 119 (2) of Act No. 108 / 2006 Coll., on Social Services, as amended by Act No. 261 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 206 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 366 / 2011 Coll. and Act No. 313 / 2013 Coll., for the implementation of § 35 (2), § 73 (3), § 74 (3), § 75 (1), § 76 (1), § 85 (4) and § 116 (5) of this Act:
Decree No. 505 / 2006 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Social Services Act, as amended by Decree No. 166 / 2007 Coll., Decree No. 340 / 2007 Coll., Decree No. 239 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 162 / 2010 Coll. and Decree No. 391 / 2011 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In § 5 (2), § 8 (2), § 9 (2), § 10 (2) (a), § 11 (2) (a), § 12 (2) (a), § 22 (2) (b) (1), § 23 (2) and § 35 (2) (c), the amount "CZK 120" is replaced by "CZK 130."
2. in Article 6 (1) (d), point 2 is deleted;
Points 3 to 9 shall be renumbered 2 to 8.
3. in Article 6 (2) (a), the amount "CZK 120" is replaced by "CZK 130" and the words "points 1 to 6" are replaced by "points 1 to 5."
4. In § 6 (2) (b) (1), § 10 (2) (b) (1), § 11 (2) (b) (1), § 12 (2) (b) (1), § 13 (2) (b) (1), § 14 (2) (b) (1), § 15 (2) (b) (1), § 16 (2) (b) (1), § 17 (2) (a) (1), § 18 (2) (b) (1), § 22 (2) (a) (a) (1), § 29 (2) (b) (1), § 32 (2) (a) (1) and § 35 (2) (b) (1), "160 CZK" is replaced by "170 CZK."
5. In Paragraph 6 (2) (c), the amount "25 CZK" is replaced by "30 CZK."
6. in Paragraph 6 (2) (d), the amount "110 CZK" is replaced by "115 CZK" and the words "point 7" are replaced by "point 6."
7. in Paragraph 6 (2) (e), the amount "CZK 60" is replaced by "CZK 70" and the words "points 8 and 9" are replaced by "points 7 and 8."
8. In § 10 (2) (c), § 13 (2) (a), § 14 (2) (a), § 15 (2) (a), § 16 (2) (a), § 17 (2) (b), § 18 (2) (a) and § 35 (2) (a), "CZK 200" is replaced by "CZK 210."
9. In Paragraph 17, the dot is replaced by a comma at the end of paragraph 1 and the following point (h) is added:
"(h) assistance for personal hygiene and the provision of conditions for personal hygiene:
1. assistance in the operation of personal hygiene,
2. help in basic hair and nail care,
3. assistance in the use of the toilet. ';
10. in Paragraph 17 (2) (c), the amount "CZK 120" is replaced by "CZK 130" and the words "points (c) to (g)" are replaced by "points (c) to (h)."
11. In the title of Section 18, Section 18 (1) of the Introductory Part of the Provisions and Section 18 (2) of the Introductory Part of the Provisions, the word "constitutional" is replaced by "berth."
12. In § 22 (2) (b) (2), "90 CZK" is replaced by "100 CZK" and "60 CZK" is replaced by "70 CZK."
13. In § 29 (2) (a) and § 33 (2) (b), the amount "170 CZK" is replaced by "180 CZK."
14. in § 37a, the words "with a graduate examination" are deleted.
15. In the title of Part Five, the words "AND INFORMATION ON THE RESULT OF AN INSPECTION 'shall be added at the end.
16. The following Section 38a is inserted after Section 38:
The results of the inspection shall include:
(a) the date of commencement and termination of the inspection at the place where the social service is provided;
(b) the name and address of the inspection authority;
(c) the subject matter of the inspection carried out;
(d) evaluation of the performance of the obligations of the social service provider and of the quality standards of social services;
(e) a list of the identified deficiencies in respect of which measures have been imposed to eliminate them and the date on which those measures have been complied with. "
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2014.
