DECLARATION
of 23 October 2009
repealing certain Regulations of the District Offices of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides pursuant to Section 9 of Act No. 2 / 1969 Coll., on the establishment of ministries and other central bodies of the Czech Government, as amended by Act No. 203 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 575 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 474 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 47 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 587 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 189 / 2006 Coll. and Act No. 267 / 2006 Coll.:
They shall be deleted:
1. Regulation No 2 / 2001 of the District Office of Blansko of 5 June 2001 entrusting the Municipal Office of Montenegro with the exercise of its delegation on the section of the Social Protection of Children Agenda for the Municipality of Bořitov.
2. Regulation No 3 / 2001 of the District Office of Blansko of 27 June 2001 entrusting the Municipal Office of Blansko with the power to carry out the delegation on the part of the agenda for the social protection of children for the municipalities of Brumov, Milonice, Petrovice, Senetářov, Svinošice, Zavist.
3. Regulation No 5 / 2001 of the District Office of Blansko of 27 June 2001 entrusting the Municipal Office of Letovice with the power of delegation on the part of the agenda for the social protection of children for the municipalities of Dštná, Horní Poříčí, Míchov, Nýrov, Svělová, Sulíkov, Skrochov, Vísky and Vránová.
4. Regulation No 6 / 2001 of the District Office of Blansko of 27 June 2001 entrusting the Municipal Office of Adamov with the task of carrying out the delegation of responsibilities on the part of the agenda for the social legal protection of children for the municipalities of Březina and Křtina.
5. Order of the District Office of Jeseník No 2 / 2001 on the exercise of delegated powers in the provision of care services for the municipality of Lipová-spa.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2010.
