amending Decree No. 207 / 2001 Coll., implementing Act No. 301 / 2000 Coll., on Matrices, Names and Surnames and on the Amendment to Certain Related Acts, as amended, and Decree No. 300 / 2006 Coll., implementing Act No. 115 / 2006 Coll., on Registered Partnerships and on the Amendment to Certain Related Acts, and amending Decree No. 207 / 2001 Coll., implementing Act No. 301 / 2000 Coll., on Matrices, Name and Surname, and amending certain Related Acts, as amended
According to § 96 (a), (k) and (n) of Act No. 301 / 2000 Coll., on Matrices, Name and Surname and on the amendment of certain related laws, as amended by Act No. 165 / 2004 Coll.:
Amendment to Decree No 207 / 2001 Coll.
Decree No. 207 / 2001 Coll., implementing Act No. 301 / 2000 Coll., on Matrices, Names and Surnames, and on the Amendment of Certain Related Acts, as amended by Decree No. 230 / 2001 Coll., Decree No. 499 / 2001 Coll., Decree No. 566 / 2002 Coll., Decree No. 660 / 2004 Coll., Decree No. 539 / 2005 Coll., Decree No. 300 / 2006 Coll. and Decree No. 352 / 2006 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 40 (2), the word "district 'is replaced by" district'.
2. In Annex 1, in the part "Liberec Region ', in the column" Community with extended scope', in point 1. "Česká Lípa ', in the column" Matrix Office', in point 1. "Česká Lípa ', in the column" List of municipalities, cities, urban areas, urban districts and military exits of the administrative district of the matrix office', point 2. "Částolovice 'is deleted.
Points 3 to 16 shall become points 2 to 15.
3. In Annex 1, in the part "Olomouc Region ', in the column" Community with extended scope', in point 7. "Olomouc ', in the column" Matrix Office', in point 12. "Olomouc ', in the column" List of municipalities, cities, urban areas, urban districts and military exits of the administrative district of the Matrix Office', in point 9, the word "Solitary 'is replaced by" Samotišky'.
4. In Annex 1, in the part "Pardubice Region ', in the column" Community with extended scope', in point 9. "Pardubice ', in the column" Matrix Office', in point 4. "Pardubice ', in the column" List of municipalities, cities, urban areas, urban districts and military exits of the administrative district of the matrix office', point 9. "Hostovice 'is deleted.
Points 10 to 28 shall be renumbered 9 to 27.
5. In Annex No 1, in the part "Ústí kraj ', in the column" Municipality of extended application', point 13. "Teplice," in the column "Matrix Office," in point 2. "Duchcov," in the column "List of municipalities, cities, urban areas, urban districts and military exits of the administrative district of the Matrix Office," in point 3, the word "Dachsht" is replaced by "Dachsht."
6. In Annex No 1, in the part "Capital City of Prague ', in the column" Matrix Office', point 18. "Prague 18 ', in the column" List of municipalities, cities, urban areas, urban districts and military exits of the administrative district of the matrix office', point 2 is inserted after point 1, which reads "Praha- Čakovice '.
7. In Annex No 1 of the part "Capital City of Prague 'in the column" Matrix Office' in point 19. "Praha 19," in the column "List of municipalities, cities, urban areas, urban districts and military exits of the administrative district of the matrix office ', point 2" Praha- Čakovice' is deleted.
Points 3 and 4 shall become points 2 and 3.
8. In Annex 3, the designation of the second column reads: "Matrix books, their duplicates and collections of documents belong to the State Regional Archive '.
9. In Annex 3, in the second column in the 50th row, the reference to explanatory note "* 'is inserted after the word" Prague'.
10. In Annex 3, the third column, including its designation, is deleted.
11. The text is added at the end of Annex 3.
"Explanation:
*) In the capital of Prague, secondary documents and collections of documents are stored in the Archive of the capital of Prague (Section 23 (4) of the Act). "
Amendment to Decree No 300 / 2006 Coll.
In Article 24 of Decree No. 300 / 2006 Coll., implementing Act No. 115 / 2006 Coll., on Registered Partnership and on the Amendment of Certain Related Laws, and amending Decree No. 207 / 2001 Coll., implementing Act No. 301 / 2000 Coll., on Matrices, Names and Surnames and on the Amendment of Certain Related Laws, as amended, "31 December 2007 'is replaced by" 31 December 2020'.
EFFECTIVE
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2008.
