of 17 December 2015
amending Decree No 388 / 2002 Coll., on determining the administrative districts of the municipalities entrusted with the municipal authority and the administrative districts of the municipalities with extended scope, as amended, and Decree No 564 / 2002 Coll., on determining the territory of the districts of the Czech Republic and the territory of the districts of the capital city of Prague, as amended
The Ministry of the Interior provides, pursuant to Article 3 of Act No. 314 / 2002 Coll., on the establishment of municipalities with entrusted municipal authority and on the establishment of municipalities with extended competence, and under Article 1a (3) of Act No. 36 / 1960 Coll., on the territorial breakdown of the State, as amended by Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll.:
Amendment of Decree No 388 / 2002 Coll., on the establishment of administrative districts of municipalities with entrusted municipal authority and administrative districts of municipalities with extended scope, as amended
Decree No. 388 / 2002 Coll., on determining the administrative districts of municipalities with entrusted municipal authority and the administrative districts of municipalities with extended scope, as amended by Decree No. 388 / 2004 Coll., Decree No. 361 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 445 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 486 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 316 / 2010 Coll., Decree No. 440 / 2011 Coll. and Decree No. 451 / 2012 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. In § 1, the words "Polná na Šumava," shall be inserted after the words "Nové Ves," in the administrative district of the village with the entrusted municipal office Český Krumlov. "
2. In § 2, in the administrative district of the municipality with the municipal office of Boskovice, the words "Knínice u Boskovice 'are replaced by the words" Knínice'.
3. In Section 3, the word "Bražec," shall be inserted after the word "Božičany," in the administrative district of the municipality with the entrusted municipal authority of Karlovy Vary.
4. In § 3, in the administrative district of the municipality with the entrusted municipal office of Ostrov, the words "Doupovská Hradiště," shall be inserted after the words "God's Gift."
5. In § 7, in the administrative district of the municipality with the entrusted municipal office of the Hranice, the words "Luboří pod Strášnou 'shall be inserted after the word" Klokočí,'.
6. In Section 7, in the administrative district of the municipality with the municipal authority of Olomouc, the word "Kozlov," shall be inserted after the word "Charvats."
7. In § 7, in the administrative district of the municipality with the entrusted municipal authority of Šternberk, the words "the City of Libavá 'shall be inserted after the word" Lusatia,'.
8. In Section 10, in the administrative district of the municipality with the entrusted municipal office of Kostelec nad Černý Forests, the words "Kostelec nad Černý Forests' are replaced by the words" Kostelec nad Černý Forests'.
9. In § 14, the words "Polná na Šumava," shall be inserted after the words "Nové Ves," in the administrative district of the village with extended scope. "
10. In Article 15, in the administrative district of the municipality with extended scope of Boskovice, the words "Knínice u Boskovice 'are replaced by the words" Knínice'.
11. In Article 16, in the administrative district of the municipality with extended scope of Karlovy Vary, the word "Bražec," is inserted after the word "Božičany."
12. In § 16 in the administrative district of the village with extended scope, the words "Doupovská Hradiště," shall be inserted after the words "God's Gift."
13. In § 20, in the administrative district of the municipality with the extended scope of the Boundary, the words "Luboriče pod Strášnou 'are inserted after the word" Klokočí,'.
14. In § 20, in the administrative district of Olomouc, the word "Kozlov," is inserted after the word "Charvats."
15. In § 20, in the administrative district of the municipality with extended scope of Šternberk, the words "the City of Libavá 'shall be inserted after the word" Lusatia,'.
16. In Section 23, in the administrative district of the municipality with extended scope of Příbram, the words "and the territory of the military escape of Brda 'are deleted.
17. In § 23, the words "Kostelec nad Černým Lesy 'are replaced by the words" Kostelec nad Černých Forests' in the administrative district of the village with the extended scope of the Romans.
Amendment of Decree No. 564 / 2002 Coll., on determining the territory of the districts of the Czech Republic and the territory of the districts of the capital city of Prague, as amended
Annex No. 1 to Decree No. 564 / 2002 Coll., establishing the territory of the districts of the Czech Republic and the territory of the districts of the capital city of Prague, as amended by Decree No. 623 / 2004 Coll., Decree No. 361 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 513 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 445 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 486 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 316 / 2010 Coll. and Decree No. 451 / 2012 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the district of Blansko, the words "Knínice u Boskovice 'are replaced by the words" Knínice'.
2. In the district of Český Krumlov, the words "Polná na Šumava 'shall be inserted after the words" Pohorská Ves,'.
3. In the district of Karlovy Vary, the word "Bražec," shall be inserted after the word "Božičany,"
4. In the district of Karlovy Vary, the words "Doupovská Hradiště," shall be inserted after the word "Děpoltovice."
5. In Olomouc, the word "Kozlov 'shall be inserted after the word" Komárov,'.
6. In the District of Olomouc, the words "the City of Libavá 'shall be inserted after the words" Mérotin,'.
7. In the Praha- east district, the words "Kostelec nad Black Forests' are replaced by the words" Kostelec nad Black Forests'.
8. In the Přerov district, after the word "Lobodice," the words "Luborij pod Strážnou," shall be inserted.
9. In the Pribram district, the words "and the military retreat of Brda" are deleted.
EFFECTIVE
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 January 2016.
